- We accept payment through the Yoco payment gateway.
- Orders are processed once payment is successfully received. We will send an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including, but not limited to, orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer shipping within South Africa. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of the order.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the selected destination.
- Laser Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
5. Returns and Refunds
- We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are at the customer’s expense, and you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lasercreations.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please note that some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, or if clearly stated in the product description.
